By downloading or using Natally, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Natally is

Natally is a baby tracking and health guidance app designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 0 to 36 months. It provides educational health information based on peer-reviewed clinical guidelines.

Not medical advice

Natally is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content in the app is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any concerns about your child's health. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Natally is intended for use by adults who are parents or caregivers. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and billing

Natally offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms and your App Store account settings. We do not handle payment information directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the app in any way that could harm others

Intellectual property

All content, design, and software in Natally is owned by Natally and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Natally is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the health information provided will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natally and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any health guidance provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
