Natally is a baby tracking and health guidance app. We take your privacy seriously, especially when it comes to information about your child. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Basic profile information you provide when setting up your account, such as your name and email address
- Baby information you enter, including name, date of birth, and health logs like feeds, sleep, and diapers
- App usage data to help us understand how the app is being used and where we can improve it
- Device information such as operating system version and crash reports to fix bugs
What we do not collect
- Photos or images you share for health guidance are analyzed in memory only and are never stored on our servers
- We do not sell your data to third parties, ever
- We do not use your baby's health information for advertising
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to personalize your experience, deliver age-appropriate health guidance, and improve the app over time. Health guidance is tailored to your baby's age and stage using the information you enter.
Data storage and security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
Health guidance and images
When you share a photo for health guidance, the image is analyzed privately and immediately discarded. It is never stored, logged, or associated with your account. Health guidance provided by Natally is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Children's privacy
Natally is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information about your baby is collected on your behalf and is treated with the highest level of care.
Third-party services
Natally uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase for secure data storage and authentication
- RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions through the App Store
- Anthropic Claude for AI-powered health guidance
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account, you can do so directly in the app or by contacting us at support@natallyapp.com
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
